Place the feet so as to shoot the  target to the right of the  crossing point This is because we have doubles here we will stand to give us turning room.

5.4 - 7 m. from the high house

Cast the eyes back to the trap house.

Lead 600 mm.

WHEN READY call "pull" in a loud clear voice.

Look at the target, start moving the gun in a steady swing.

Establish a 600 mm. lead pull the trigger and follow through.

Foot Position

Same as for high house

5.4 - 7 m. from the low house with the gun barrel slightly below the flight path of the target.

( 5.4 m. is parallel to the high house)

Look: Back to the low trap house (do not look in the opening it is to dark) DO NOT lift the head of the stock

Lead 300 mm.

WHEN READY call "pull" in a loud clear voice.

Look at the target, start moving the gun.

Establish a 600 - 750 mm. lead, pull the trigger and follow through.

See the target break.

Doubles:

Foot Position As for high house

Hold position As for low house

Look Cast the eyes back to the trap house DO NOT lift the head of the stock.

WHEN READY call "pull" in a loud clear voice. Look at the target, start moving the gun establish a

300 mm. lead, pull the trigger, see the target break after a short follow through look at and swing back to the high target, either pull the trigger as you swing through or establish a 600 mm. lead pull the trigger and follow through.
